Believable Experience but Sketchy Theology

Overall I liked the book by Dr. Neal. She tells a compelling story about her death experience and about her spiritual journey before the experience and afterward. I believe that she knows and loves Jesus Christ. My hesitation in recommending the book is the subtle influence of Mormon theology which is especially present in the concept of our soul's existing prior to meeting up with our bodies here on earth and their longing to "go home to heaven". I think this book has much to offer those struggling with grief over the loss of a loved one. I would gladly pass it on to them, with the caution about the theological question.
