My review:

This book is another diet plan but with quite a lot of resources. The author shares how we must changed the way we think of food and changed the way of thinking about ourselves. She has the ten commandment of diet rules. The author provides you with menu ideas and also exercises that can be useful for some. This book might work for some so I would recommend this book for those looking to lose weight.
